hello Q8Paul and welcome to Expat.com 
ur question is a bit off; firstly, does the wall differentiate between American/non-American expats? are u asking about the actual activity itself (i.e. went) or are u trying to organize a group of commando's to storm the front and climb the wall (i.e. want)?
its referred to as Rock Climbing, 3.5KD for an hour I think if memory serves (Moe can help with that, he was there at the time, as was libelle but i hear shes permanently returned to the USA now)
