NN Contact Centers takes care of all back office procedures of our business clients, big and small, and has high quality in- and/or outbound calling lines at her disposal. With a total of 700 operational seats we serve every segment of the international market.  Our very own Quality & Education department provides quality checks in almost every language of the world. A fully equipped lead department harvests the internet for profile and target information our business clients need. NN Contact Centers prides herself in having a multilingual European Management that is able to provide a 24/7 transparent structure on high level. NN Contact Centers is a real multilingual and international in- and outbound Contact Center with a high level of ICT knowledge and years of experience in channel marketing. NN Contact Centers offers her clients a wide range of channel business intelligence solutions and marketing services to develop and optimize their indirect sales networks.

In our order portfolio we have clients like IBM, Microsoft, HP, Sun Microsystems, Lexmark and Dell. We are mostly ICT related and cover at this moment Europe, Asia and the Nordics and building our company to become also the port to the Middle East and Africa.

We are not a traditional call center, most of our time we spent at research and developing, calling to relations of our clients or generating leads is at the moment a big part of our job but in the near future we will change this to more and more services like live chat, inbound services and research of data.
