Hi! I am renting one room in my 3 br apartment. The place is beautiful! The room has a very nice terrace, and its own bathroom. The kitchen is shared. The building has all facilities, including a swimming pool. It is walking distance to the closest matatu (on Waiaki way). All utilities included: electricity, water, laundry and cleaning, and wireless internet.
