Last year I renewed my FM 3 in mid-June. In 2012,What is the earliest and latest dates I can renew my FM3? Thank you Lan

Within 30 days of the expiration date.

But not a day late. If you have a deposit attached to your temp. car permit then start asap so that you have time to make notification to customs so as not to loose your deposit.
