Does anyone have any information on Group 11 housing please? Its a new compound recently built for King Fahad MC staff...

Hello,

It is not really a compound. It is a group of residential buildings that look nice. I dont live there but have seen it and also heard from people who visited it that it has high quality apartments. All furniture is new and they keep bring new furniture. It has security guards 24/7 and all buildings are fenced. The area is quite and really near so many Malls and international schools. There is regular bus service from the buildings to the Medical City and probably to other places.

There are 6 residential towers being built on site of King Fahd MC.

Would expect them to be ready soon

Thanks for the info. I heard there is huge expansion plans going on including accommodation. The hospital onsite accommodation is very strict in terms of dress code Abaya unlike other compounds. Please could you tell me what district the housing is in & distance to KFMC?
