Zdraveite, Hello,
Can someone tell me how the landlord / tenant laws are regulated in Bulgaria ? Like how big the initial deposit can be (if any), how frequently can the landlord review the rent and for how much, should an inspection (entry/exit) be done, what is the contract duration, who's responsible for the inside&outside repairs, how to give it up..
All infos (even' na bulgarski') would be highly appreciated
