It is not "easy" for a NZ citizen. All countries have the same requirements.
There is some posts here earlier that explains it but overall you need to consider these things.

1. Start a bussiness that is approved by the CI investment board or buy a existing one.
2. Buy a part of a existing company (share holding).
3. You need a clear police record from your home country.

If you just want to move to CI for retirement I would recommend to be share-holder of a local bussiness.
