Intercontinental.... you can find there a nice pool

there are 3 main swimming pools here in jubail industry:

1. Intercontinental hotel - not sure if it's good or not.
2. karan hotel - small but average.
3. hewalat recreation center - nice big pool but there is timing for women not sure of the timing of it but good place to hang.

What are the timings of pool in hewalat centre for ladies? And how much we have to pay?? Is there any membership or anyone can visit??

I will soon be in Jubail and am also looking to join a ladies gym and swimming pool. The responses to this question are somewhat old so am wondering if there is any new pertinent information.
