You are considering going to Uni just to get a visa?

You do know that you will have to show up for classes otherwise the university is obliged to report you at immigration, right?

English misunderstanding maybe. There  are  other cheaper ways to go there nd stay for a while. It's a mess to get the visa later, having to get out  from the country.  I want to attend classes, I  already met my classmates and a few professors, I'm going there for life experience and to go on with my studies . My problem is  that I have no reply  from the office. I need the student visa to study there legally. Am I been clear!?  Thanks

Getting the visa at a later point should not be too much hussle, just a trip to the foreign afairs ministry and they can convert your tourist visa to an ED visa.

(thats what they told me at least at another university where I just started; hopefully it will be really that easy)

Thanks, I hope so. I read many blogs and info websites and they normally suggest to ask for your visa before. I'll wait one more week and I'm going to try to call. If l fail again I'll try on the field.
