A Polish student of Warsaw University (boy) is looking for a flatmate/flatmates to a flat in southern part of Warsaw (Ursynów district) from June 15th to the 29th of September (shorter period is possible as well). 340 meters from the Natolin subway station . By subway it takes 19 minutes (10 stops) to the center. The flat is a 3-room flat with kitchen, bathroom and toilet (58 square meters alltogether) in a block of flats built in 1980s. The flat was renovated on Summer 2011. The room's surface is 12 square meters. The rent is 630 złotych (152 euro) + bills 80 złotych per person (around 19 euro). The overall cost: about 710 złotych per month (171 euro). The flat is furnished and there is a washing mashine, a cooker and a fridge. There is a wireless internet too (25mb). Nearby: very cheap supermarket "Biedronka" (5 minutes walking) & Carrefour (3minutes) & TESCO one stop by subway & pharmacy (2 minutes). Are you looking for just a simple, but cosy room in a neat flat located in a quiet part of Warsaw? You don't want to waste much money for the accommodation? This offer is perfect for you! [:-)]

!!! It is possible that two persons can rent the room (the bed is big enough). In such a case the rent per person amounts to 350 zł (85 euro) + bills.

If you are interested send me a msg and we can discuss everything in details!
