I am a canadian living in Santa Teresa, little relaxing town in the Peninsula de Nicoya........best sunsets and surf spots ever!!

Amazing lifestyle I recomended 100%

Hi! My husband and I are looking into moving in Santa Teresa. Not quite ready to move yet since we still have children at home but thinking it could be a good idea to buy or build something and rent it and use it for vacationing until we are ready to retire there. I have a few questions and would like to learn from your experience. Are you interested in sharing your knowledge about your area?

been here three weeks and working as a professor at a language school. It is a beautiful country with gregarious people. There are no zip codes or street signs however. the beach at Manuel antonio is gorgeous and the food is great nearly everywhere.
