Hala walla,
I need people's knowledge, please help. Othaim Mall (Khurais);
- any idea what they sell?
- any cool stores there?
- good for ladies' and babies stuff only?
- good places to eat - normal food outlets?
- any other malls in walking distance?
- expensive?

Othaim Mall (Khurais) is in Al-Naseem District (East Riyadh). It's just like any other mall in Riyadh; no specialities.
Othaim is a supermarket chain and a huge store there. They basically target local (Saudi) customers and that's what you'll find in Othaims always. There is a HomeCenter (furniture showroom) and CenterPoint (Garments etc) in the same building. And there are some fashion, perfume outlets as well. The price is no factor to consider in comparison to any other place.
The mall security is good but the area of Naseem is bad to live in. A few years back one police car stopped me, checked documents and asked "What are you doing here with this brand new car? Always try to stay away from this area.". I was like 
The closest much better mall is Khurais Plaza (some 2-3 km) away.

I went there, not so awesome as advised. One thing cool though is the Japanese store that has all sorts of cheap and cool things.
