Gyms in Phnom Penh

Hi Everybody,
Does anybody have any advice for a good gym to join at a reasonable rate in PP ?
It doesn't have to be all singing and dancing, just some free weights and cardio equipment is fine and I guess A/C could be helpful too.

Hi,
The is one on St95, at corner with St386.
It's $30 a month or $20 for 10 entries.

Hi there!

There are quite a few gyms in Phnom Penh, the prices range from expensive to cheap. Most of the gyms are in the hotels like the one in Cambodiana which is around 55 usd a month but could be cheaper if you get a three/six-month or yearly membership. Muscle Fitness is around 30 usd a month and The Place is 150/month. It would be good if you check out there facilities when u get here..
