In april 2012 i applied for a job in Dar al Riyad saudi Arabia ,they gave me possitive reply that your contract is ready and we are waiting for approval from the ministry. still iam waiting for my conrtact letter.
Can someone guide me about the whole procedure.

I am in Dar al Riyadh saudi arabia. I do,nt think so.because ministry will approve you when attend interview physically after joining & suppose if you fail in interview they appoint you in private project where no interview required. I think may be the project where they want to appoint you some late to start.
or may be they have rejected your selection & appoint any local avaiable person.
