Namaste' to all.
I am from the US and want to live part time in Sri Lanka.  The other 6 months I will live in Dharmasla, India. 
I have a place in India, and am looking for a simple flat in Sri Lanka where both my small dog and I can live.  Long lease.
I also windsurf....any windsurfers or surfers out there? 
I studied about Sri Lanka in college.  I knew I would travel there one day. I am looking forward to visit all of the historical places and explore the places (hidden treasures) I am unaware of.
