Expat Position in Brunei

Hi, I am a Mechanical Engineer currently working in Australia in the Oil and gas Industry. I have about 12 years in this industry. I would like to find out:

1)How I go about applying for Expat positions in Brunei. It seems all the positions advertised are for local candidates.

2) What can a Mechanical Engineer with 12 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry expect in terms of salary, if he were to come aboard as an expat employee?
