Hi there, my name is Hong and I'm from the UK. I'll be arriving in Nairobi around mid-June and I'm interested in joining a gym around the Westlands area. I'm unsure where my accommodation will be so I'll widen my search once I'm aware.
Anyway, I'm of Chinese origin and have spent some time in Namibia last year. I support Liverpool FC and would be interested in finding good places to watch the footie!
Any help with either request would be greatly appreciated.

in westlands sarit center 2nd floor great gym called Arena...real nice, my ex used to go there, not sure about the rates though, might have to get back to you on that later
