Expat blog gatherings in Stavanger

Hi all!

What about meeting the other Stavanger Expat.com members in real life? Organizing an Expat.com meet up would be an excellent way to know them! :)

An Expat.com meet up can be a diner gathering, having coffee, a bring and share in a nice place, a cultural or sports activity, etc. There are plenty of possibilities: just imagine a pleasant way to meet new people and old friends from Expat.com.

Feel free to organize Expat.com get-togethers in Stavanger: you would meet the other members in a friendly atmosphere and have a good time together!

Of course, we could offer some help to organize your meet up and to inform the community.

So, who’s in? Do not hesitate to start a new thread to suggest an Expat.com gathering in Stavanger. ;)

Best,

Julien

Hi!

I'd love to join in. I could offer a slightly different perspective as I'm a native Norwegian that is considering becoming an expat. I would love to learn and share some experience with you guys.

:)

Let me try to start with somthing simple. How many of you are football fans? Let's meet up at one of the bars infront of the harbour (Beverlies or Dickens) and catch some Euro 2012 matches. I will be there tonight for the France vs Sweden and England vs Ukraine matches, and I guess it is a little too late to try to organise this, but we can meet again for the next matches .. Any excuse for a cold beer after a hard day's of work .. *wink*
