Ciao Loly Mex-

Turin has a great public transportation system with buses, trams, metro and bicycles you can rent. It's also very easy to walk the city. As far as expense well that just depends on your budget. I don't have any information as far as housing in the city center but hopefully someone else can help you.

Ciao!
Welcome to Turin!
I too am looking for apartments to share with people near the Politecnico. A good website is bakeca.
I am looking on it. Most shared rooms (one bed in a room) are in the range 150-250 euros and one private room is in the range 250-450 euros.
