Will be out in Riyadh sometime July and looking to know what there is to do, who to do all this with and what to learn and the fastest and best way to learn it all.

I am hoping that the compound i am staying has some facilities, but if not then I would like to use facilities such as a gym and a pool as dont want to gain to much weight if any, as would prefer to loose the spare tyre i have gained since my last overseas experience.

Would also like to meet up with other expats for social as dont want to get bored and house bound. Any suggestions gratefully received.
