Construction Engineering Courses??

Dear all,
I spent the past few months searching for a center or institute offering training or courses for civil / construction engineers but really I didn't find anything.
Can anybody help?
to be specific I'm looking for courses / training in Scheduling and planning and construction management.

If anyone can help I'll be thankful.

I guess what you mean is the planning part; rather than the technicals of construction; right? If this is the case, you are in fact looking for project management courses. Coaching on a project management software called Primavera would be a good kick-start.

Thanks TheLegendLeads for your response, I can use primavera and I take PMP course in Egypt as well, What I'm looking for is something that combines planning and scheduling with Construction industry.
