i want a know about life cost there.
i have a contract (software engineer) and they proposed to me 5200 SAR (1100 euros).

i want to know location cost there?
i am with my wife

1-bed room flat got=18oo-2000 SR
Taxi from office to home = 600 SR Monthly
Food per month with wife =maximum=15oo SR.

sO TOTAL MONTHLY EXPENSES WITH WIFE= 39000 SR.

SO overall with family you will pass good life but no more saving. but if you would live bachlor than only consume 2500 SR MAXIMUM. SO YOU DECIDE YOURSELD.

This offer given you is for fresh candidate, having no experience or just 2-3 year exp. than this salary is good.

I have lived in Riyadh about 8 years, now just a month ago moved to Kazakhstan.

Used car prices start from 10,ooo to 25000 SR in good condition.

2000 SR You will get in Good clean area.
1-bed + 1 louge-sitting/tv lounge +kitcen+ bath.

Even you can get 2 bed+ tv louge in same price.

its very less u cant servive in it that mean ur take home is 3500 . which is not enough and even u cant have house in it ..

I think this is 3900 SR. But it totally depends on your lifestlye, cause even though you have a 5 figure salary, but you spend a lot then this cancels out. The best thing is check your projected cost/expense for a month and guage if this will be sufficient for you. The subject regarding salary being enough is totally dependent on the individual. Do your research through threads here and other sources then decide...good luck to you.

it all depends on your life style, your current figure will really press you hard and you know in KSA you cannot change the job its a nightmare.

For ~2 years of experience they should be offering you around 8000 SAR a minimum for you to have normal life here.

It depends on your mode of life. For me I find it good.
Me my total package is 5700 sar but I find 7000 enough.

Trust me it all depends on your lifestyle. For some-people 8000 might be enough for some even 50,000 is not.

However, I can assure you 10K per month if you have a basic lifestyle you can survive here easily. I am not from your field so can't tell whats the market range for the position you are opting for.

Normally the contracts here are of 1 year renewed on yearly basis. It is like this nothing to worry about
