What is the best/cheapest mobile/data plan to get in China?

Hello fellow citizen,
Facebook is out in China, locked out and banned! Unless you pay for a VPN network you will not be able to logon.
China Mobile and China Unicom both has very competitive rates. If you are getting a fixed line as well, you will need to check with the provider if they have a line into your apartment.
Personally, I uses China Unicom family package for broadband, fixed line and mobile and enjoy further discounts and free inter calling numbers.
Logon to their website and you will get the idea.
