Jubail Housing Survey - What are YOU paying?

I have tried searching for housing information in Jubail all over but find there is very little available.  On this forum also, there are a lot of queries but many have a useless response saying "Hello dear...hope some helps you!" or "Hello dear, please post in classified" which I found are not much use. People are looking for good information. There are some good discussions, but lot of chatter with bits and pieces of good info, and some go off-track.

So let's start doing a survey so we gather information for everyone's benefit. Please copy-paste the below list and fill in your details.  Please maintain this format, and feel free to add other useful headers.

MMaris, ISG Jubail does NOT provide bus service for children outside Royal Commission area.  So how are your kids going to ISG Jubail??  Please reply.

Faraz, please READ and UNDERSTAND the subject of this thread.  It says "Jubail Housing Survey - What are YOU paying?".  It is intended to gather information in a specific format.

Why are people so shy or reluctant to add their information? Why not add your friend's information if you don't want to add your own?  Let's build this Survey folks, it will be very helpful for everyone in the near future.

Thank you jumbosid for sharing your information.  It is very helpful. 

We only have very few (three to be precise) people add their information.  Out of them, MMaris' information appears "doubtful".  I am starting to wonder if this forum really has many people who actually live in Jubail.  I would expect to see many many people add in their info if the forum were vibrant, but that is as vibrant as it gets here, unfortunately.

Still hoping some more people add their information...

I would like to point out that MMaris's info is correct (some parts though i don't know for sure).
I myself had inquired in one of the compound villa housing  (don't remember their name though) and was quoted a price of SR 250,000/- yearly with availability of June 2013.  The place i am staying in has got mostly locals, expats are there but few. So it is very very unlike a compound and this i hope explains the low rent.

It would be an idea to forward this thread onto one of the members / administrators and ask them to post in whatever forum they feel is right to get more response.

I must add that the compound fares are in my opinion too overpriced (for what you get in terms of number of rooms/size) although the "compound amenities" are not available if outside.
