Since I see you are opening a bar, I guess you want a dish for your clients.

You have to get a permit to operate a satellite dish, and you can get all the VN feeds. Put this dish where it can be seen from the street (when the Cong An inspectors come by).

You will need a second dish, angled at different location for non-VN approved channels. This antenna should be hard to ee from the street.

The stores on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, just before it crosses the sewage canal will be happy to look after your needs. They are near the TV station parking lot.
