Hi All, can anyone advise the names of some family friendly western ompounds that offer a 3 bedroom for approx 170,000pa? Preferably the names of accommodation that may have availability. Thank for all your assistance.

Seder villege is the best one . alhamra and najad are also good in all are in the 140k to 200 k range

Is california compound ready i just went to arizonna compound yesterday, and saw california compound under construction

Good luck finding a good compound for that price with availablity. I think Al Wadi 1 has open villas although not a lot of people speak english there
you and also try the new compound Calafornia Compound mabe youll find something there.

None of the waiting lists in Saudi are real, you need to know a man who knows a man to pull some strings. It is the only way to get anything done.

California looks a long way off finished and I think it is mainly apartments aimed at singles.

I looked at Riyadh village about a year ago and I think it was about SAR165,000. I think Seder is similar if not slightly less.

Al Hamra is SAR300k for a three bed and Nadj is SAR260k.
