wishes to know more about the living condition of common man in GHANE

I am male presenly working in After sales service indusry in automobiles in the middle level manageral cadre.There are some possibilities that may araise for me to get an oppertunity to work in and arond Ghnane.At the same time those who know little here and there about places are commenting about the safety and security of living there.Poor medical supprt is also mentiond . Honestly speaking i am eager to know about the reality and day to day living conditions there so that i can substatiate my efforts in reching there.

It is a relatively safe and secure country and there is a reasonable level of medical care in private facilities - at a price but most people get that as part of their package.
I suggest you google Ghana and look some information about it to get an idea of what it is like to live here.
