Hi,
i want to move to germany from UK. I am EU citizen, my bf is from Asia, holding uk residency card (i think could be valid for free move in EU). i just want to ask, if anyone can advise me anything about what to do as a first when moving to germany. Do i need to register somewhere as a resident, how to get a GP (doctor), dentist, insurance etc.

After you find a place to live, you need to register at the local "Bürgeramt" (often in the town hall).
Health insurance is compulsory for all residents (and not cheap!). The system is very complicated, so get professional advise once you're in Germany!
