Extend Exit and Reentry Visa.

I'm having problem to extend my sons
exit entry visa as you know its very difficult
to deal with Saudi Officer..
anybody know the procedure or having a contact for somebody
who can handle this.

Exit and re-entry visa cannot be reinstated.
I assume your son is already on exit from KSA and will not be able to come back to KSA on time.
There is a process which can be done through consulate/embassy of the city where your son is residing.
- Your son has to go directly to the Saudi consulate/embassy and inform them the reason of delay.
- Consulate will ask to bring required documents.
- Once these documents are submitted, consulate/embassy will issue a new visa number to enter KSA.

I suggest your son should visit the consulate before the expiry of exit/re-entry.

I am now in the process to secure the doc, when i got approval from here then i can send to my home country for process at saudi embassy. Problem now when i go to Ministry of Foreign Affair in Jeddah..they rejected my application.
