Puerto Ricans/ Latinos in Tokyo
Hi, your post is kind of old, but I just joined this site so I figure I should try to reach out to anyone possible. I'm Mexican and have not seen any Latinos around the city. I haven't heard Spanish except from a Pilipino lady asking me about novelas. Haha maybe you can learn about festivals like the Columbian one by searching for events on expat sites for Latinos? Or change your settings on this site to look for Spanish speakers? I hope that helps. I definitely understand bring homesick. Good luck
