Hi Anh,
I am an Australian ex-pat living in singapore since February 2010. I now have a Vietnamese wife and her son (10 yrs old) has now joined us in Singapore. I see you are considering coming to live in Singapore around August (now, maybe you are already here). Unfortunatley Vinh's English is not good enough to even go to one of the local English schools close to our home, so I am looking for a native Tieng Viet speaker to give him a very basic start in English.
