visiting netherlands this August/Sept

Hi everyone!!

I am an Indonesian national currently live in Shanghai, China. My husband will be going to The Netherlands this August/September on a business trip and I am planning to tag along. Need some advise for obtaining visa, is it difficult to get? Will I need a sponsor from someone there? Please advise. Anybody living there willing to give their name? As it might make it easier (my husband is a Malaysian so lucky him he won't need a visa). Not sure if they would consider him as my sponsor?

I am thinking of meeting and knowing some people living there too, as I will mostly be by myself (and my daughter) when my husband is working.
