Living in Numaniyah

Hello everybody,
I am a Spanish Architect getting ready for moving to Numaniyah....near Kut (Irak).
We are going to build several social buildings for people in needs in Az Zubaydiyah so I am looking for a rental house for my workteam (5 people).
I think it will be hard finding it from Spain but I am not moving there until September.
I would be really pleased if anybody could give me any information about this.
