Yes, it is possible, from any of the hospitals, also, there is a company in Ward Place that rents medical equipment, I will try and get further details for you.

why all are trying to rent a wheel chair u can buy it for 15 to 20 thousand rupees
still you cant buy i can buy and rent it out for u
