So, I have finally come to Malta, I have found a room need ST Juilans....still looking for work though, so if anyone knows of any in bar work, customer service or within education it would be great if you could let me know

I know there is a expat meet up on Wedsnesday in Sliema...whereabouts on the seafront?

Does anyone else want to meet up as I know no body here

Hi Claire,

welcome to Malta.

We have our beach picnic every Wednesday on the rocks near the Exiles from 7 pm to 10 pm or sometimes later.

Look at the posts on 'meeting up' for the exact location. Or send me a PM and I will send you my phone number to guide you in when you are near.

Morning Claire,

Welcome to the Rock, I would suggest that with you being in St Julians you go to the Language schools as they are still looking for people in the Training side.

Alternativley keep looking on ETC Website, Portomaso Cafe were looking for some staff but i dont know if they atill are, and the main places like Times of Malta and Maltapark.

Hope you find somethign soon.

If you have a copy of the Sunday Times, there is an ad for Overland Health, for Customer Service people. Located in TaXbiex, is a UK company.

Thanks everybody Hopefully I get something by the end of week. I have no idea of that meet up, but I am going into Sliema on Tuesday afternoon so I will try and find it then. I think I am going to come down the meet up Next Wedsnesday. Whereabouts is that cafe located?
