My office is in Mont Kiara. Where to live?

Post new topic

Hi,

My office is in Plaza Mont Kiara.

I come from India. Looking for a suitable accommodation for me and my wife.

I consider the following while choosing a property:
1. Utmost, it should be safe for Indian expats
2. It should be either walking distance to office, or it should be connected by any public transport (which should not be very costly).
3. We are ok with either a studio or a 1 bedroom condo.
4. My budget is 1500-2000 RM

I need suggestions. Please help.

Regards,
Harsh

Harsh,

I posted on your other thread.  Bangsar and even Brickfields are areas that you might consider as not to distant and with manageable public transportation to Mount Kiara, by bus.

Both have sizeable ethnic Indian populations and you will be among friends, I'm sure.

Thanks MisterStretch for your reply.

Can you please suggest the bus service and bus numbers who provide this service? I shall then see the drop and pick points.

What is typical range of fully furnished apartment in Bangsar or Brickfields? (400-500 sqft size)

Hi Harsh,

Try Mudah dot my
You will find   apartments within your reach. Mont Kiara is an expensive area. Try Anggun Puri, Dutamas apartments. It is close to Mont Kiara and the rent is what you have quoted. Good luck.

Thanks fmg for your valuable suggestions
