Hi,

I am living now in Qatar. I want to visit my friend in Riyadh. Could any body help me about the procedure for arranging a visit visa to Saudi Arabia.

Hi, don't think they allow visitors to this country. You can come only for Hajj Visa / Employment Visa

I agree, you are not allowed to visit saudi expect for that you get Umrah Visa and come via CAR and stay in Riyadh for sometime and go back. Only Qatari nationals can do that.
