Anyone confusing about legal document in vietnam??

Could anyone tell me the procedures in doing some legal document like visa, work permit, criminal record report, etc. ?
I'm Vietnamese, but i have a friend moving to vietnam, and she need held in doing some legal things at the first time? Thank you for your help

The criminal report comes from the police authority in the country she was formerly residing in.

It then has to be certified by the countries consulate here, then translated.

Same process applies to Uni degrees and professional qualifying authorities - all through the consulate.

Since consulates charge big time for this it is best to do it all at one time.

It depends.

If she is/was a Vietnamese resident and currently residing aboard, then she'll likely be qualified for visa exemption. A visa will be approved for her right upon her arrival. All she need to do is filing an application for visa exemption: http://mienthithucvk.mofa.gov.vn/Regist … fault.aspx


If her citizenship/nationality is/was not Vietnamese, then she'll need to apply for visa in her home country: http://www.getvisavietnam.com/embassy.
