I had a hard time controlling my temper, when tension arise my hands are shaking, my heart pounds faster and when I speak I can't hardly understand myself and I hate it so much when I'm in this situation. Sometimes I rather be alone then having a chances or possibility of getting into a circumstances. Is there any cure?
Meditation, yoga - to calm yourself and draw yourself out of the anger emotion
gym - vent out your anger and frustration at a punching bag
Do fun stuff :-)
actually "almasi2012" im a happy type of guy, i love fun, joking around and I don't eat much. I am even active on donating my blood.
I used to have a bad temper but no longer.
All those years of martial arts taught me how not to fight.
Anger is man's oldest and most natural emotion next to fear. What we do with that anger and how we handle it is what separates us from the 'animals' (who in many cases are really smarter than we humans).
Anger, when properly handled, should have three phases...
Event/Action, something happens which causes us to have an emotional reaction.
Thought, we think about the event or action and why it makes us feel a certain way.
Reaction, we react to the situation based (hopefully) on the thoughts we have formulated.
This is a 'triangle' which should be like a one-way street, we should go in one direction only. That is to say that when something happens we should think first and then react.
The real problem is not the event or the thoughts or our feelings, but the reaction. What happens is that, for many people, impulse takes over. Many people are not used to thinking about situations because they have never learned how to. It is something we truly must learn, it does not come naturally and we don't get taught how in most cases.
Impulsive people tend to break up the 'triangle' and jump back and forth between the event/action and their reaction, without stopping to think first. Even the most impulsive people can control their actions, it just needs to be learned and practiced. It certainly isn't always easy to do, but it CAN be done by anyone.
During the thinking process one must always keep in mind the fact that NOBODY can make you feel a certain way, NOBODY can do anything to you IF YOU DON'T ALLOW IT. We are all ultimately responsible for ourselves and our own emotions, we choose to feel a certain way, we choose to react in a certain way. The trick is just to make the right choice.

Hi Emman,
Try meditation every morning for 15-20 minutes.
- Inhale well then exhale gradually.
- Clear your mind temporarily
- If you wish to imagine of something, a green field will be great.
Hope it helps you.
Cheers,

thanks guys I will try all your concern hope it will help me for I am willing to change so much. I felt insecure when I see someone trying to say something in a proper way even he/she is in angry mode.
yoga seems so easy......is there anyone teach this. i rather do it in actual than watching it on you tube.
Hi again Emman,
A few things that help with temper control are:
Know how your body tells you you're getting stressed, what physical signs and symptoms is it sending you.
Relaxation exercises
Regular and fairly strenuous physical exercise (works off agression)
Meditation
Music, especially relaxation music (there are CDs especially for this)
Practice - put yourself into mildly stressful situations that don't cause you to blow up, and as you handle each of those well move on to something a little more stressful. You will accomplish one of two things - you'll either work your way up to handling ever more difficult situations with success or you will learn exactly where your stress threshold is.
Once you know your breaking point/stress threshold then physically distance yourself from the situation when you see you're getting close.

i agree with that crazie bouncing sheep above.
strangely, MartialArts teaches u to avoid a "fight"
and Meditation helps u control your breathing which in turns controls your body temperature.
Otherwise, bury your head in between your knees and count to...10
100, 1000, 10,000
Warning:if you feel a cramp coming, you better decide
give up the hot air or suFFer the cramp
thats why I want to participate this month martial arts training, Inshallah.
