Women's underwear.
Not so strange until you know I was travelling alone.

I'll edit to add they were gifts for people back her. It was my first trip to Malaysia.
Some of the ladies I knew wanted clothes from home.

I flew into Cancun Mexico about 2 years ago with a 3 feet tall rubber Tyrannosaurus rex dinosaur model. It was a gift for someone.

To get it into my suitcase I had to partially deflate the air and bend the rubber t-rex.

When I arrived at Cancun customs scanned my luggage. I had to open my suitcase and show them it was a toy.

I got a good laugh with that.:)

Took some tools for a job into Sanaa in the early 90’s, packed in a rush and only wanting to take one bag the two bottles of JD went in the same bag not a good idea. Took a while to explain what the tools were and what the strange smell was !!!!

I just flew in from China...and boy are my arms tired.

I brought back a little Buddha statue that looked just like a male body part on the airport x-ray.  They didn't seem to care.

Maybe it wasn't small enough.

How am i the bad guy here?
We know buddha statues are not sold in sex shops in China because they are sacred.

HaileyinHongKong

Who said you were the bad guy?  Why does there have to be a bad guy?  You said there was a subliminal message in my post.  I don't think there is.

Epicuriousannie

I brought loads of Indonesian instant noodle to China + all the accessories ( bottled chili sauce, sweet soysauce etc) the custom had to check them all out.
Now I know TaoBao China, I cn order almost everything there!
