Hello everyone, I have been looking at international health insurance for the past two months. I find a lot of sites with nice offers but I find out that a lot of them make it hard on the pay off when it comes down to it. We live parts of the year in Canada and most of the year in Honduras. We will be eventually traveling on our boat with our two youngsters. Does anyone has experience with health insurance providers that could provide quality coverage for worldwide(excluding United States). Any help from personal experience would be very welcome.

I personally haven't used their insurance but I know people who have and they say it's really good. Including one friend who needed medical attention including hospitalisation whilst in Vietnam, she needed some special treatment and had to be airlifted to Bangkok, Thailand. She said they were superb and nothing was a problem. She also said that their prices were pretty reasonable against many other insurance companies.
