Hi there

Post new topic

Caledonia

French lass in Scotland.  Been in Edinburgh for about 3.5 years.  Living with a Scot, a real one with Scottish temper, beer belly and red beard :o

Not much to say, job's not too exciting and have not travelled around the world like everybody else seems to have, which in some way makes me feel quite miserable when I meet much younger people who seems to have done SO many things already

I'm a bit of a foodie, enjoy pub conversations and outdoor stuff in general, I can also be a real pain in the neck but that's probably just because I'm a woman :P

Anyway I hope everybody has a good weekend!

Welcome Caledonia!

Why did you move to Scotland?

have not travelled around the world like everybody else seems to have

It's not too late ;)

Have a good week end too!

Caledonia

Thanks Julien but I'm stuck in Edinburgh for at leat 5 years as it's the time my partner ows to his company to become a chartered accountant.  By then I'll be 37 and probably a mother so not good for backpacking!

Julien

Being a mother is probably the most exciting adventure of a life, isn't it? ;)

And you can still "travel from home"  by reading expatriate blogs :)

Take care,

Julien
