Hi,

This post is regarding family visa eligibility. I came in Saudi 5 months ago.

Unfortunately company has given me Labor construction (Amel Ma'amari)visa while my job is quite handsome and I have the family status as per company contract. Now company has changed my Iqama Profession to "Marketing Specialist" But after applying twice in istaqdam, they rejected the family visa, saying that the original visa is Labor construction which is not coming under family visa category.

Need your precious advice, whether it is possible or not to get family visa as my iqama profession is changed. If i can't get family visa, will it be possible to get the visit visa.

Please advice.

Thanks

Tariq

You might have to ask your company to cancel your iqamah. Exit the country and enter on a new visa.

Don't be dishearted bro. When was the last time you applied? Some 6 months back, 2 of my colleagues (who had got their professions changed from labor category) applied and got the visa. Now living happy with their families :)

I suggest you wait for a couple of months to try again.

All the Best.

I guess after reading many posts on the same topic, many people end up paying 7K to 9K to get the visa for their families illegally, otherwise visit visa is the only option they are left with !

Thanks Adnan... I am just expecting the miracle happen otherwise visit visa is the only option.
