Looking for female housemates in nice 3-bedroom villa in Riyadh

Hello,
I'm looking for one or two female housemates for a fairly new and stylish villa in a small compound in Sulimaniyah. The villa is four floors, and each of the upper floors has a separate bedroom with bathroom and shower. The villa has a small rooftop terrace, and the compound has a small pool. The rent is 70,000 SAR a year, so with one housemate it would be 35000 and with two it would be 23000. Housemates need to be female, able to prove they work or study full-time, and prepared to pay the year's rent up front.

Good luck , Still not sure about the rent , i guess to expensive but sounds like the Vila is very nice .
