Is it a new year to begin or the end of winter?

Have you ever thought about it?

september means to me that its gonna be the starting month of the pouring rain that leads to the cold blooded winter here in moscow,,,,,

i usually get excited when september comes... this is like a sign for me to get ready for christmas... but since im away from home.. september will just be an ordinary month... and not even looking forward to a happy christmas ... :(

kiwiinkorea

For me it means another month towards the end of my contract which is another month closer to an extended vacation. Also is starting to cool off after a long, hot and humid summer. Is the beginning of some pleasant temperatures before the cold stuff sets in.

someoneilike

Time to go to Bali, either Sept or Oct or Nov :D;)

edvilyn

September signals the start of the “ber" months.
Christmas season begins., Time to get ready for Christmas!!!

September means my father's birthday, my 2 sisters' birthday and my husband's birthday. So September means buying a lot of gifts. :)

I was wondering do you get ready for easter in january as well???

For me it means in Amman: that the tempeture slowly gets lower so you can do more activities outdoors and I will start my course for the arabic language.
In the Netherlands it means for me: that the leaves get their beautiful colors, rains and storms, last sunny days and the daylights getting very short.

edvilyn

hahaha! no.. You know, for us Filipino's ..we start Christmas season as early as September! That's how excited we are for the Christmas holiday! Being a Catholic country, Philippines have earned the distinction of celebrating the longest and the merriest Christmas season in the world. :)

Sad thing is I cannot go home this coming December :( and here in Maldives,it's a Muslim country so there's no Christmas here.,!

Primadonna

Yeah, I know how you feel.
But lucky for me here is some Cristmas activities and I am the only one in my district who has a tree :proud

So, how you prepare for this long season?

RichiF

September = monsoon season = lot of rain. But I like rain here because it's warm tropical rain, not like the cold, razor sharp rain in Europe, so it's ok. Other than that, a lot of work but relaxing weekends with the family :)

september is the month of my birthday ...so happy birthday to me  ;) hhhhh

Aquariusg

In Vietnam, September 5th annually starts a new school year. 8 years passed not having to wait for the date, I miss it.

Nevertheless, I prefer working, even though it's much lonelier and sadder to be an adult. Somehow, it's more difficult to say "Hi, I wish to be your friend..." than when we was younger.

Anyways, September means it's closer to the end of the year; the new year awaits.

Khan Musti

It means to me a warm welcome2winter!!!!!

Try it. Sometimes it just as simple as that. Adults tend to complicate things.

To me, September means August is over and October is right around the corner.
