Hi all,

Good day to you.

I am a 43 Year Old Indian with a 6 Year Old Daughter. I have been called for an interview for a position with a company in Libya (I assume the position will be based in Tripoli).

I would be very grateful if somebody can help me with the following:
1. I am an MBA and Cost Accountant with 18 Years experience. I think the Company will provide Family Acommodation and Car (see below); What could be the salary I can quote considering the above two are provided?
2. I don't drive. What would be the total cost I will incur if I have a driver?
3. The Political Situation
4. Possibility of any Riots targeting Indians- or infact any expatriate.
5. Medical Facilities.
6. Educational Facilities and the availability of school buses.
7. Availability of Food items which go into Indian cooking?
8. General safety and security

What would be the School fees for example in an Indian School for 2nd Standard? What would be the same in a School following Vritish Curriculum.

What is the working week by Private sector companies (5 day or 5 1/2 day or 6 week).

Is it safe to go out in the evenings with family to places like restaurants, Parks etc?

The above are some of the things am keen to know about.

Regards and take care.

Siddique
