Delay in Labour clearance.

Hii,

I am selected in one reputed company in Oman. The HR has asked me to submit my passport copy and attested certificates for Labor clearance. It is more than 15 days since I have submitted but it is still under process. Can somebody advice me how long does it take to obtain Labour clearance in Oman.
