"American fall activities" in Bratislava

Hi all.

My wife and son are Americans and I was wondering if there are any more Americans in Bratislava with very young children.

We would love to do a few typical American fall activities, like pumpkin ride or maybe Halloween, I just don't know if there are any options for this.
