Iqama Transfer

Dear All,

I am working in Saudia Arab Jeddah since last 9 years in a reputable company in an automotive field, in the year 2009 they close the division and apparently I've to move to another subsidiary of the same group, for 1 year and a half I worked over there but did not find that place suitable for me and found another job in another company for the same group,I resigned in a proper way having good relations with every body and join the other company but apparently I was kicked off from there after 9 days without giving me any reason why they are kicking me off,I tried a lot to know the reason and comes to know that they bring some one else in my place (favoritism) now after 4 months I got a suitable job for me and was trying to get the passport from my previous company, I took the demand letter to them but they say that they are not going to release me and I've to go back on final exit, please keep this in mind that I came on my Iqama and afterwards transferred to my current company which was done 8 years back, I am not involved in any kind of fraud or any thing like that, the only thing is they've some problem of visas and they don't want to give naqal kafala to any body in the company,

My record in both the companies was very good and I've appreciation letter from the first division i.e. automotive division that they are giving me promotion + bonus, I never raise my voice in front of any body in the company and did my work with respect and quality
Now my iqama is already expired last week and they are not renewing it saying that you've to go back to your country on final exit, please let me know what are my options and how can I tackle this situation

Only possible way to solve the issue is to negotiate.

a) You are currently working for a company and they are intrested in you and handed demand letter to you.
Take the demand letter and go to your current sponsor asking for transfer letters and original passport, i suggest you take company's mandoob/muaqib with you. Upon refusing go to the superior of that person without hesitation since its your right to take transfer. Involving your ex-colleagues into this is another option.
b) Pay a visit to your current sponsor alone and see if they are looking for something under the table 'money'.
c) If nothing seems to be working tell them that you will take legal action against them and go directly to a labor office/lawyer.

8 years ago I had student iqama when I transfer nagal kafala to recent contol system company.Now my Profession on Iqama is "Control System Technician".
I have been working with this company for 7 years. Now I want to join another control system company. But I made big mistake.
I wrote resignation letter and in the letter instead writing release letter I wrote NOC. My friend told me that you made a big mistake you should not write resignation letter and noc, this is not way to recive release letter. The company is refusing to release me.
I want release in any way what can I do?

Agha g aftr when u have tranfrd ur sponsrshp from ur fathr to any cmpny , have u call any 1 on prmannt visa. Is there any prblm u hv faced? M askng fr my knowldg bcoz i ws also studnt now i m a cmpny employe.
