Congo brzvl is a better choice than pnt noire, if u like the sound of generators when the electricity no longer runs. Living in the la ville - city centres the best yet extremely expensive options. Nite life is a daily routine maybe coz of extreme heat conditions.Only as an expat this would be lucritives places to find yourself in,as there are far better places than this 3rd world cities to live in.ie. mauritius are by far more interesting and friendly by a mile....

There are more then 5 good reason to stay in Congo...........but as you mentioned i will say 5 reasons..........
1. Life is easy
2.Distance between places in the cities are not so far that you cannot reach
3.24 hours Taxi facilities........
4.Affordable accomodations and transportations,communications...............
5.Expats have respect amongst the local.................
